What to Expect During EMDR Therapy

After our initial intake meeting, you’ll meet with me, licensed EMDR certified therapist, Romina Schnelle, LMFT 123169, in a calm, collaborative online space for weekly online therapy. EMDR works without requiring you to relive trauma. You’ll be guided through targeted processing, using body-based tools like grounding, breathwork, and mindfulness for support.

This is a safe, structured process built around your needs and pace.

Your 50-minute sessions are fully personalized and trauma-informed.
